House Rules

Welcome to Sport District

So that all guests can play safely and comfortably around the clock, the following rules apply:

1. Access

Access is permitted only with a valid booking and personal access code. The code is valid from 45 minutes before play and must not be passed on to third parties. When entering and leaving, please make sure the door is locked again and do not let unauthorised persons in.

2. Shoes & Equipment

Courts may only be entered with clean, non-marking indoor or padel shoes. Street shoes are not allowed on the court. Please return rental rackets and other equipment after use.

3. Conduct in the Hall

Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours – especially in the evening and at night, we ask for a reasonable noise level. Food and glass bottles are not permitted on the courts; please bring drinks only in resealable containers.

4. No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire hall – this includes e-cigarettes.

5. Cleanliness

Please leave the courts, changing rooms and sanitary areas as you would like to find them. Waste belongs in the bins provided.

6. Changing Rooms & Valuables

The changing, shower and sanitary areas are available to you before and after play. No liability is assumed for valuables brought along – please keep them safe.

7. Safety & Emergencies

Please observe the escape and rescue routes as well as the locations of first-aid and fire-extinguishing equipment. In an emergency, call 112. For the safety of guests and the facility, the hall is monitored by video inside and outside; details are set out in the privacy policy.

8. Damage

Please report any damage or malfunctions immediately by email to [email protected]. Anyone who causes damage wilfully or through gross negligence is liable for it.

9. Consequences of Violations

In the event of violations of these House Rules, the Operator may exclude guests from use. The Operator's instructions must be followed.
