Terms & Conditions
1. Scope & Provider
These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all bookings and use of the „Sport District“ padel club operated by SportDistrict GmbH, Gerhard-Stalling-Str. 19, 26135 Oldenburg, Germany (the „Operator“). By making a booking, the user accepts these T&C and the House Rules.
2. Contract Formation & Booking
Courts are booked exclusively online via our booking partner Playtomic (app/website). A usage contract for the selected court and time slot is concluded upon completing the paid booking. Playtomic's own usage and payment terms apply in addition.
3. Prices & Payment
The prices shown in Playtomic at the time of booking apply (Single Court from 20 €, Double Court from 40 € per court and hour; prices depend on weekday, time and occupancy). Payment is made entirely online via Playtomic before use. All prices include statutory VAT.
4. Cancellation & Rebooking
Cancellations and rebookings are only possible via Playtomic; the deadlines shown during the booking process apply. If a booking is not cancelled in time or the booked time is not used (no-show), there is no entitlement to a refund.
5. Access & Use of the 24/7 Hall
The hall is open around the clock and operated without on-site staff. With your booking you receive a personal access code (PIN/QR code) valid from 45 minutes before play until the end of the booked time. The access code is personal and must not be passed on to third parties. Access is permitted only with a valid booking.
6. User Obligations
Courts may only be entered with clean, non-marking indoor or padel shoes. Users treat the hall, courts and facilities with care, comply with the House Rules and leave the facility clean and in proper condition. In the event of violations, the Operator may exclude users from further use.
7. Right of Withdrawal
For bookings of leisure services with a fixed date (court bookings), there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 9 German Civil Code (BGB).
8. Liability
The Operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of simple negligence, the Operator is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Use of the facility and of the warm-up and rental equipment is at the user's own risk. No liability is assumed for valuables brought along.
9. House Rules
The Operator's House Rules apply in addition; they are displayed in the hall and available online.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
