2. Hosting and server log files

The domain is managed via domainfactory GmbH (Germany). When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary server log files (incl. IP address, date and time, file requested, browser type) to deliver, stabilise and secure the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (service "Cloudflare Pages"). Cloudflare delivers the website via a global server network and protects it against attacks and overload. In doing so, the connection data mentioned above, in particular your IP address, are processed. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). 3. Local storage (language & consent)

This website stores your language choice (DE/EN) and your consent decisions (e.g. loading the map) in your browser's localStorage. This storage is technically necessary or based on your consent; no analytics or advertising cookies are set (§ 25 (2) TDDDG).

4. Google Maps (location map)

The map in the location section is provided by Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) and loads only after an active click (two-click solution). In the process, data – including your IP address – may be transferred to Google, also to the USA. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) in conjunction with Art. 49 (1) (a) GDPR). The optional “Always load” choice is stored in localStorage and can be withdrawn at any time. Google's privacy policy applies.

5. Redirection to Playtomic / external links

Bookings and payments are handled entirely externally by our booking partner Playtomic; its own privacy policy applies. On the first click of a booking link, a notice informs you about the redirect; your confirmation is stored in localStorage. Links to Instagram, Facebook, Epassi and Google Maps open the respective provider in a new tab; you leave our website only when you click them. The respective provider is responsible for any processing there.

6. Video surveillance

For the safety of guests and to protect against vandalism and unauthorised access, the hall is monitored by video inside and outside. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Recordings are automatically deleted after a short period unless they are needed to investigate a specific incident. Video surveillance is indicated on site by notice signs.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR); the competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony (LfD Niedersachsen).
